Welcome to the forum!
I used to have this issue when I dual-booted as well. It's sometimes related to just the reboot into Zorin after windows has re-enabled fastboot on me (so that might be worth a check)
I would also check this post which has some common fixes as well, I would try the first listed response as that's usually the issue (at least from my anecdotal experiences):
Ubuntu 20.04 bluetooth not working - Ask Ubuntu
I've tried every solution mentioned here but nothing seen to work for my case. I've installed blueman but when I click on Turn On Bluetooth the icon disappears. I'd my bluetooth connected then suddenly this happened.

Did you checked Your BIOS if there maybe Bluetooth is deactivated?
You could also take a look in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf
and there in the last Line where stands AutoEnable
. Look if there stands false
or true
.
AutoEnable is true in the main.conf file. when i check the status of bluetooth
systemctl status bluetooth
It says inactive and when it keep on waiting for the command
bluetoothctl
The interesting Part is that there not only stands inactive. There stands inactive (dead)
. And this dead irritates me. For me that looks like that it can't communicate with the Modul at all.
Did you take a Look in the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates
if there are any Drivers offered?
It suggests to me that a BIOS reset is needed.
Today I opened my laptop and bluetooth suddenly started working. Thank you guys for your help. I'll come back to this thread or break my laptop (depending on my mood) if this problem come back ever again.
