Boot after sleep mode

Hi all i use Zorin 17.1 pro

i get issue after wake up from sleep mode. i get only a screen with the time and can´t login or do anythign another. i need ahrd reset the laptop. How to fix this issue.

is there any solution for the problem?

Does moving / clicking the mouse or pressing the space bar or other keys on the keyboard initiate the login prompt? When I resume, I have to press a button to get the time to swipe up; kind of like with Win10/11.

Also - what make / model are you using?

I had this same issue once, the login screen after a standby seemed blocked to showing the time but it was just a "frozen frame". In fact I pressed Enter or the space bar, I entered my password and, despite I wasn't seeing the password being entered and I was still seeing the date, I could log in. For short, behind the date there's the correct login form. Next time just press Enter or the space bar, wait some seconds, enter your password and then hit Enter, you may be able to log in. Also, try changing the graphic server on the gear button that you see before logging in, some graphic issues that I experienced weren't happening after changing this.

NOTE: I specified to wait some seconds because in my case sometimes the login form doesn't load soon, it blocks for some seconds after pressing Enter or the space bar. If you have a powerful computer you may not need to wait some seconds before entering the password.

and it works now.

hi no is the same i have remove in security settings for sreen to not ask again for user password. and it work. so the issue the user password.
maybe a bug or anything another

no nothing helped i have try to change the desktop but after time same issue is see the passord field but after tipping the password the laptop freeze is use new laptop

hi it has work times and today i get black screen after lock screen.
i have remove it for from the settings.
anyone have soltion for this or is a bug from zorin?
