Bought ZorinOS Pro upgrade from 17 Pro to 18 Pro, but received a 16 Pro key

I used the ZorinOS 17 Pro Updater and went through the menu to the point, where I should buy a discount version of 18 Pro to continue upgrade.
Instead of version 18 Pro, the shop sold me a version 16 Pro.
Really? Are you kidding me?
Why do you have that dead horse in your shop?
And why does it show up, when I click on "Buy Zorin OS 18 Pro"?
Question of the day: Where is the shop contact?
I just find links to useless help-articles.

Yes - thing is closed - received key and refund from 16 and a discount on 18 pro (as I now use 17 pro).
