Brave Browser Lagging & Low FPS

Brave Browser YT Video Starts Lagging After 10 Sec

for the first 10 seconds everything runs smooth then after 5-10 seconds 2 blink like flash occur and then yt video starts to lag and i tried turning off hardware acceleration and not only yt video but whole browser starts lagging even on normal webpage. i7 4790 Rx 550 Any help is appreciated Thanks
