Brightness Slider Issue[Msi Gt 710]

How to fix no brightness slider found in the tray??

I tried The latest 470 version but no change.

I’ve searched for a solution for a while - one of my computers has the same issue. I blame the dual GPU. And there’s no way to disable hybrid graphics in BIOS.

I’ve tried brightness-controller - it works but a less than optimal fix. Some other suggestions here: screen - Ubuntu 20.04 brightness adjust not working - Ask Ubuntu
