Browser Audit

Sadly the thread I wanted to respond to has now been closed, the one started by @PlumpKibbles .
Just a reminder that when everything was mayhem with Mozilla, I decided to undertake an Audit of various Browsers. For those who missed it, it is here:

Just to add I am using zen browser, a fork of Firefox, and it too has vertical tabs, across all OS's I am currently running, including Zorin should I have to boot into it. Only PCLOS Debian KDE (Plasma) offers virtually all browsers via it's implementation of Synaptic Package Manager. So in PCLOS Debian KDE I get zen browser updates, not possible with the App Image used in Zorin and Q4OS. I have tried to use the tar.gz installation of zen but it has failed on whatever OS I have tried to install it on.

I don't understand why it was asked to be closed by the O.P.?

All good info - kind of started to turn into a personal opinion debate, though. Definitely was not trying to start any of that, not taking sides, and this has already been decided by Zorin; using Brave.

There's absolutely more to that beast than just, 'hey why the swap!'. I still use Firefox but, definitely no intentions to persuade anyone to use any one browser for any one reason - just more curious -- and not doing any searches before on the subject, it would absolutely appear there's way more to that decision than just, a few things here and there .. Suppose Google could have solved that one  .................

But, again, all good info - just didn't want that turning into some debate that didn't need debating and has been debated already.. if that makes sense lol.. Mistake on my part - no hard feelings on any side or towards any side, either!

Just to add Tean Zorin weee concerned about streaming. zen browser copes with Netflix but a bit stuttery on Disney+ but need to check if there is a new App Image out.
