Well maybe. I tested this too on a different folder. yknow, I made a different folder... changed its icon, everything. Give me a second... I'll make a new user and I'll come back with the results (because they have a different home folder and stuff)
I HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM!
It's not a problem with my home folder, It's a problem with the placing of the icon.
If the icon is inside the folder, Then the icon won't load.
If it's outside the folder, It'll load!... So maybe it IS a bug!

Relative pathing is real in DOS or in Unix.
