Is there a program like android's camscanner that can apply the magic color filter to images on ubuntu?
There is an application called Gscan2pdf that will provide the same functionality as Camscanner. I believe it should be even available in the softwares app. Hope this helps.
If you are not satisfied with Gscan2pdf, also check out ScanTailor advanced. It is also very useful.
Okay. Thank you very much. Will check both of them.
Scantailor advanced has no deb packages on its github repo, only exe files(of windows). Can you point me in the right direction?
They have it on the snap store. It should pop up when you search for it in the Softwares app. If not, you can manually download it from here: Install scantailor-advanced on Ubuntu using the Snap Store | Snapcraft
But that was not up-to-date version. Last update was on Aug 2019
How do I apply the camscanner-like image filter in gscan2pdf?
I found a tutorial for Scantailor on YouTube. It shows how to apply the post processing effects.
Thank you! Will watch it.
