I followed this tutorial but in both Xfce Session and Zorin OS Lite Session Xfce got the same default appearance. Is there a way to change that?
Please see my comment here:
As it is currently, Zorin OS Lite themes still exist and can be used. From the Settings application > Appearance
Select a Zorin OS theme
The layouts should also be present in the settings app. Be warned, if you select a different layout - all custom configurations for your desktop layout will be utterly wiped out.
Changing the Wallpaper is easily done by right clicking an open area on the desktop screen and clicking Desktop Settings
> Background
.
On XFCE, if using more than one monitor, XFCE supports having a different wallpaper on different monitors, unlike Gnome. So you can perform this action on each monitor. Right click on open area of the desktop on that monitor.
Browsers: In most browser settings, Including Brave or Firefox, select Use system titlebars and borders
and Use GTK
Did You checked if the zorin-os-lite-desktop Package is installed? And when it is, did You tried it with a Reinstall of it?
Checking if the Package is installed:
apt list zorin-os-lite-desktop
Reinstallation:
sudo apt reinstall zorin-os-lite-desktop
If the Zorin Lite Desktop shouldn't be installed:
sudo apt install zorin-os-lite-desktop
It's closer but not exactly what I expected, the windows don't resize dragging to the margins and some shortcuts didn't work. I'm sure that I can change some settings but I'm too lazy for that. I think I'll just install Zorin Lite anyway.
Thanks for your help.
Yes and yes. Nothing changed
Installing Zorin OS Lite would have the same effect, for the most part, of installing the Zorin-OS-Lite-Desktop package.

the windows don't resize dragging to the margins
Do you mean... snapping into size and position? Tiling Desktop features?

and some shortcuts didn't work.
Shortcuts to software, like symlinks?
Or Keyboard shortcuts?

Maybe? You drag it to the right and it fills the right portion of the screen.

Like pressing super key and opening the menu
I wanted everything to look, run and work exactly like Zorin lite without having to do a clean install

Yes, that is tiling.
I use Zorin OS Lite, not core - and this function is available.
Cinnamon D.E. does this as well, simply by placement, more similar to Gnome.

Like pressing super key and opening the menu
Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts
Click add
Then in the command paste in
xfce4-popup-zorinmenulite
Tap the super
key to assign it...
Done.
I enabled automatic tiling in Window Manager Tweaks > Accessibility but nothing happens

In Settings, there is Window Manager Tweaks
and there is Window Manager
Open Settings > Window Manager > Advanced
Windows Snapping - check how you want this set up there.
Try with it set with To Screen Borders
checkmarked and To other windows
uncheckmarked.
