Can I remove the "Power Off" confirmation after selecting Power Off...?

I have Zorin 16 Pro and when I select "Power Off..." from the menu, I'm then shown a dialog box and need to select "Power Off" a second time.

This seems redundant to me. I'd like Zorin to Power Off without telling it twice. Same with 'Restart'. I have to click 'Restart' twice. Is it possible to remove this 2nd mouse click?

Is this possible? If so how?

sudo apt install dconf-editor

then use the search bar to search for logout-prompt. Then use the breadcrumbs to go one level back and use the toggle switch to turn it off.
