I purchased Zorin 16 pro in 2023. My hard drive died and I'd like to download and install the latest version of Zorin. Do I need to purchase the new version or does my old cover updates? Thank you.
Yes, but you can also run core instead for free.
To be clear, you would not be able to "upgrade" Z16 Pro to Z18 Core or Lite (free versions), you would have to download and install over Z16.
As Storm has said. if you want Z18 Pro, you would have to purchase Z18 Pro, as payment is required for each major version of ZorinOS Pro.
