Can not Caster with VLC

I can not Caste with VLC under Zorin while I do not have windows worries. VLC recognizes my network well, but it can not convey my content on my TV.

Remove the current one you installed and download this one and try again please.

Same problem. What is weird, it looks like the video does not scroll if I compare Windows.
