Do you have installed other third party gnome extensions? You could try to disable them for testing. I'm not sure if it helps for this problem with login loop, but you could test. I myself also always disable most of the Zorin extensions with extension manager when I use Zorin 18 in live session (I haven't installed the system yet), especially "Zorin appindicators", because I always had gnome shell crashes. Since I disable the Zorin gnome extensions this has not happened again. I keep Zorin menu and Zorin taskbar enabled because they are neccessary. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly which extension is causing the problem.

I bought Zorin in the past and installed it alongside Linux Mint on a separate partition of my hard drive.
It ran fine for about six months until, suddenly, I found myself in a login loop.
So, it is a Dual-Boot System ... Maybe Boot Repair could help. When You still have an USB Stick with Zorin or Linux Mint on it, start it and go in the Live Mode and search there for ''Boot Repair'' and let it run.
I added Zorin Lite and I can log in on Lite. It's probably something with my Nvidia settings, but I don't know what.
What Nvidia Card do you have and what Driver do You use?
Have You there an Nvidia Driver installed?
