Cannot change folder color nor category since uprgrade to 18

Hi folks,

First : sorry if I post in the wrong place.

Upgraded from 17 to 18 yesterday, without any problem apparently. Just noticed this though :

Cannot find any way to change folder color no category, previously it was as simple as a right click. Didn't find anything recent on the forum about that. Any idea ?

The package folder-color has been removed recently in Zorin 18 because it made problems.
If you want to use it you can install the package with

sudo apt install folder-color

Then logout and login again.

If then appear problems with nautilus hanging or not working correctly, you can remove the package with

sudo apt remove folder-color

Hi there,
Same request but the solution doesn't work for me both on 18pro on a desktop and 18core on my laptop. So I've removed the package and start thinkg going back to 17.3.

Sorry to read that, but no problem at all on my side, since I added the package folder-color.

I think you ought to start a new thread, describe both the problem and your equipment.

Sorry I can't do better.
