Cannot install Win7 on virtual box

Hello, I installed Zorin today and I am trying to set up a VM with windows 7 on it, so I can run old graphic programs made for Win7 or XP.

I downloaded a Win7 ultimate ISO but when I try to load it in virtual box to start the installation process, I get a fatal error.

here's the error I get:

I resolved by installing gnome boxes, it worked without any issue.
