Can't add icons to desktop on second screen

As the title says. Also, in Zorin Appearance -> Desktop, I've turned on "Icons on Desktop" and selected the Home folder and it doesn't show up. See the link below:

I should mention that I have run the command below in order to allow independant display scaling. Would that have something to do with it?

gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features "['x11-randr-fractional-scaling']"
