Can someone explain what's happening here. Trying to add a google online account and it just freezes . . . then I have to force setting to quit. Have tried 3 times and rebooting doesn't help (Zorin Pro 16.2 and up-to-date on Dell XPS 8700 desktop w/16G ram).

Got it figured out, only an administrator account can add "online accounts". I would have thought any OS account could add their own online accounts . . .
I had added Online Accounts without having to grant myself any additional rights in the past. It worked fine, then just stopped working one day.
