Can't change Zorin display resolution, monitors not working

I have five monitors. During initial setup from the installer, it displayed at the correct resolution and detected all my monitors correctly.

After install, it is stuck at an abysmally low 1024 x 768 on my monitor that is 3440 x 1440. In other words, it's trying to display 4:3 on a 21:9 monitor, and it looks awful.

What's worse is that I can't change it and none of my other monitors work. Nothing shows up in Additional Drivers, and I've tried installing the AMD drivers directly for my 7900 XTX, but it's unsupported for Zorin. I didn't have this issue prior to upgrading my CPU to the new 7950X3D.

Please help.
