Hello i am new to Zorin OS i recently shifted from Win 10 to Zorin OS 16 , i installed Zorin on ssd. Now after installing i am not able copy/paste or create new folder on my secondary internal Hard drive. Please help me
Do you have any other OS installed?
Is the other drive mounted?

No i had windows 10 installed on ssd and i used the 2nd internal Hard drive for keeping my backup
Windows has "Fast Boot" or Fast Startup" that locks the drive.
Did you disable fast boot prior to installing Zorin OS?
No i have not disabled this prior installing Zorin os
