Can't delete files from other partitions

I have 3 partitions on 1 HDD in which one is linux partition one is windows and one is just some storage space. I cannot delete, move and rename files from the windows partition and the 3rd storage space. There is no option to delete on right clicking. I have tried sudo nautilus , that didn't work.

What formatting was used for those 2 partitions?

You will have to open the /etc/fstab and ensure the drive has the ntfs or ntfs-3g tags prior to the permissions for that drive. Also boot windows and ensure fast-boot and hibernation are off since both lock ntfs partitions to the windows OS.

Thanks, turning off fast boot worked.
