After a recent update, I can't boot up Zorin anymore (Zorin 16.2 Pro), respectively it boots to initramfs / BusyBox.
I tried fsck on all linux partitions, but everything comes out clean. Also when using the rescue boot option, I end up in initramfs / BusyBox.
The machine is a Dell XPS 15 with dual boot (WIndows 10).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have you yet tried Advanced Options for Zorin
at the grub menu and booting from an earlier kernel?
Yes, I did. The earliest one (72) got me a "kernel must be loaded first" error, the second to last one (73) again dropped into initramfs / BusyBox.
Have you tried Grub Repair?
