Can't install Mullvad and Express VPN's > 'no permission to install software'

Hi,

I'm new to Zorin and trying to install Mullvad VPN and Express VPN, but can't because 'unable to install Mullvad/Express VPN. you do not have permission to install software.'

I have the deb files of both, but can't install and have no clue how to fix this.

If you do, your help is much appreciated.
