Can't install new app - signature couldn't be verified

getting this error in sudo apt update.
I remember that I was installing tor from here god knows why, but failed and thereafter I've downloaded from here and it is running beautifully. but now I can't install a new app because of this error. It is also not listed at software and updates.

Sorry for posting here guys I got the issue. i've made a tor.list file in etc/apt/sources.list.d which I didn't delete.
feels like I need to learn more about patience.

No problem. Did you solve your problem by deleting the tor.list file?
