cant quit the rambox, it stills in the tray
Try right clicking the rambox icon and choose exit.
You should be able to uncheck the minimize to notification bar on close option on settings (don't use the software, but may be a similar option to what I've experienced in discord, slack and a few other applications).

You can also run the killall rambox command in terminal or in atl+F2
