I recently adjusted the scaling up to 125% but started having trouble with sites I use very occasionally. I cannot remember where I made the change, and I have been looking for hours. Likewise, I run OS 18. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Go to settings > displays, there you can toggle off fractional scaling.
If you like to increase the font size instead, you can go to settings > accessibility >seeing and turn on large font and change the cursor size.
The font is very big then.
Or at Zorin Appearance > fonts you can adjust the font type and size to a value you like.
