I do not know low level programming languages so looking at the code would be quite useless for me i think. I will be looking forward to your answer!

Hey i got an update. I installed an extension app-grid and it showed the apple logo finally but now there are 2 zorin logo beside it
EDIT : FInally got it. I disabled the extension and the apple logo is there in its correct position! Yay!!

You found the solution on your own.
Given your hint, I took a look in /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions and looked at the zorin-menu@zorinos... extension.
Sure enough- the icon is there.
