Chrome not launching app

hi, im trying to sign in to Zoom using "Sign In With Google", but everytime Chrome open, and ive give permission to use Zoom, it just dont do anything. here's the recording of what i mean :

im using Zorin 17 and install Zoom from Software app. thanks

Let's try this

Uninstall the currently installed Zoom first and then go to Zoom official website to download it: Download Zoom for Linux | Zoom

  • image
    Select Linux type: Ubuntu
    & OS architecture: 64 bit
    & Download.
  • Open file manager and locate the downloaded file
  • Double click it and follow the instructions to install it
  • After the installation check if your problem has solved not
