Closing laptop lid settings

Is there a setting to make my laptop NOT go into suspend mode when closing the lid? Dell Inspiron 15 (3521)

Can you launch terminal and run sudo nano /etc/systemd/logind.conf Arrow key down to the line #HandleLidSwitch=suspend Change this in both of two ways: remove the hashtag # and change suspend to ignore: HandleLidSwitch=ignore Tap ctl+o to overwrite, then tap enter to save current configuration. Tap ctl+x to exit the editor. Reboot... and test. Please relay the results.

I tried and it's simple, I just disabled both options concerning screen lock in Settings > Privacy > Screen Lock. The screen is dimmed anyway but as soon as I open the lid it just loads the screen as if I didn't suspend. I did it just to try, not my preference for privacy .
