I have some suggestion: the icon of the folder theme, is too similar with the color of the theme. My eyes suffer.
Zorin is in the right way. Maybe Im going to buy the next release.

You might check out Storms "Shade of Z" Icon sets.
While on Gnome-Look, you can browse many other independently made Icon Themes.
I prefer skeuomorphism over flat icons.

Shade of Z icon themes comes in 8 different colors. Other than that you can right click on a folder and set it to a different color.
