Computer freezes when connects to dock

Hello,

I'm new to Zorin. Running the Pro 16 version. I have a Lenovo P1 laptop. As long as I connect it to my Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 dock, it freezes even unplug the dock afterward. The only thing I can do it hold down the power button to force shut down the computer.

I already tried uninstaling the Displaylink driver, and the driver for my graphic card Nvida RTX A2000. No luck

My laptop is working fine without the dock.

Appears there is a problem with 20.04 and displaylink drivers, even though the P1 is Ubuntu certified by Lenovo. However some people had good luck with opensource drivers -> GitHub - AdnanHodzic/displaylink-debian: DisplayLink driver installer for Debian and Ubuntu based Linux distributions. Maybe try these and see if they work.
