I originally wrote this for my own use because I couldn't find a "solar report" type conky.
Built on Zorin Core so the majority of the HUD should work "out of the box" with just a few minor tweaks.
Displays 3 different sun images (fed from NASA) that alternate on a timed "slideshow" along with current solar conditions. New images and data are refreshed every 2 hours. It includes a small pdf that explains all the data and graphs so that you know what it all means. The 3 solar images represent different solar conditions: flares, coronas and sunspots, etc. and match each of the color themes.
