Maybe similar questions on this have been misunderstood...or maybe I am misunderstanding. I don't see any solutions on this forum.
I am brand new to Linux. I have chosen Zorin Core. We have three other Microsoft Win 10 computers in our home office. We have an active home network between all three but I cannot connect this Zorin laptop to them using Wifi...only via ethernet cable connection. WiFi on my Zorin laptop works fine on the internet and email but there is no option to use it to view my home network folders except with an ethernet cable.
Hi, welcome to Zorin OS!
Can you run a ping test? Launch Terminal from the applications list and run:
ping <windows_ip_address>
For example:
ping 192.168.1.10
