I just ran the commands from this post :-
rebooted and then it worked perfectly.
I checked the channels with a dolby test track with VLC and the channels played perfectly.

You missed my tutorial, and I don't use PipeWire, but ALSA. I also found using Audacious Settings enables the use of the ALSA plugin. All channels working through Logitech z506!
