Hi, i cant find some information about if a sound blaster z se working well in zorin os ? it is possible to instal a sound blaster command app? thank you

Hi and welcome.

I am not sure if your device is a PCIE card or an external USB.

See if my Tutorial on how to get a SoundBlaster Audigy RX helps you.

For starters I would advise you install all ALSA packages, (except those for JACK and OSS) which will require you to install Synaptic Package Manager, available in Software.

Also install qasHctrl, qasTools, qasMixer and one other (just search for qas in Synaptic Package Manager, and all 4 packages will be shown).
Lastly, be sure to install Audacious Audio Player.

To check if it works, You could create a Bootstick with Zorin on it, start it and choose the Option ''Try Zorin'' to get in Live Mode. Then You can test if the Sound is working.
