I have recently upgraded my PCLOS Debian from "bookworm" to "trixie" by doing a fresh installation.
Been tearing my hair out today as using the same settings as what I used in the earlier version came out with a failed codec. If anyone is having issues with MP3 for audio, then I recommend what I have found out, switch to Vorbis as MP3 setting does not play nice with Debian 13 based distros. Not sure if this will be an issue with Zorin 19 when it comes out later (Ubuntu 26.04):
