I've made an extension for shell customization, mainly targeting ZOS18 (taskbar / popups / quick settings / app switcher / tooltips / ..)..

If you are using ZOS17.3, there is also "legacy" version (with less options), so if you want to test it, you can find it at:
Currently, I'm doing backport of some "ZOS18" options to "legacy" version like tint removal and quick settings styling, but it should be fully functional..
Note that there is a Gnome43 memory leak when changing wallpapers and switching dark | light mode, so beware! You can find more information in repository docs..
