Thanks for that, fc-cache -fv sorted my problems, evolution is showing email content again and Devolutions RemoteDesktopManager works again too.

Just thought I would mention that I had either webkit install a second time or there has been an update (PCLOS Debian not ZorinOS running Plasma, no systemd). Installed Chromium and no issues (version is 154.x)
Well went to look at Widgets today and it appears that Webkit has caused an issue with that. I also wonder if that has caused an issue with Wetter.com not working with the default Weather widget, but have noticed a post in the past that Wetter.com stopped working due to a Weather widget issue before it got updated.
So what is happening with Widgets? Not all widgets affected but a lot with '?' instead of correct icons:
Not webkit, but icon theme, Arc-Darkest-Saru was the culprit. Now have to find if inserting:
inherits="breeze" in the theme file, but awaiting answer where this should be placed.
[UPDATE: Changing to Breeze then back to Arc-Darkest-Saru sorted it! Weird!]

If You still wnat to know it just for the Case: Look for the index.theme File in the Theme and there put it in at the Top:
