Davinci Resolve 20 GPU error message on AMD Radeon™ RX 570 Series

I have installed Davinci Resolve as per the guide on here :

Install DaVinci Resolve

However when I go to run the software I get an error regarding my GPU and the settings, see image.
It all worked fine in Windows 10, but I don't want to be using a out of date OS and my PC can't be upgraded to Windows 11.
Is there any work around for this?
