Dell latitude 7480 touchpad tap to click and right wont work after few minutes working fine, but the scrolling of mouse pointer and two finger scroll work on touchoad, it is extremely annoying i have to use buttons below spacebar which is difficult.
Install these driver;
sudo apt install xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
Then reboot.
It may require that you log into Xorg instead of Wayland.
