You could test it with kernel 6.8.
Install the kernel 6.8 with
sudo apt install linux-image-generic linux-headers-generic
Then reboot. During boot press continuosly esc key so that the grub menu is displayed. In the grub menu select "Advanced options for Zorin" and select kernel 6.8 to boot from.
Test if you still have the problems.
If it helps you can set this kernel as default to boot, otherwise with the next boot this setting is reset and the kernel 6.17 is used.
I read that kernels older than 6.10 should help with this problem on legion 5, and 6.8 is a LTS kernel which still gets updates, so I think it is worth a try.
Edit: The posts I've read were a bit older. It may also help to go just back to kernel 6.14. You can test it with both kernels to see if one of them works better than the current one. You can find kernel 6.14 also at "Advanced options for Zorin" in grub menu.

Does Your System runs in wayland or X11? You can check that with the Terminal Command echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE
When it runs in Wayland, I would sugest to try it with switching to X11/Xorg. To do that, go to the Login Screen (not the Lock Screen). Click there on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. When it is appeared, You should see a Gear Icon in the bottom right Corner. Click on it and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg'' and then log in.
