Is there any way to include both screens in the 3D cube effect ?
Actually my left secondaty monitor is not included in 3D cube effect. Only the laptop monitor desktops are shown and the other desktops on secondary monitor are not shown.
Just to clarify, by this you mean that you want to see the visual effect span over both screens? Or you're just looking to include programs from all screens in the visualization?
If it's the latter, I think there's a setting inside Zorin Appearance (might be inside the Desktop tab, I can't check right now) that groups applications from all workspaces.
There is an option in the desktop cube parameters that set the perspective for each screen or not. But I haven't seen any change whether it's on or off.
I searched for a workspace options that would tell to share workspace on both screen but haven't found any yet.
My desktop cube show only desktops active on the laptop screen and the monitor at the left side seems not to be part of any desktop. I was expecting each side of the cube to show left screen+right screen . The background panorama is shown on both monitors but the left monitor part of the desktop is not in the cube.

Here is an example of how the cube looks
The cube effect is only on the right desktop (my laptop screen) but does not rotate the left screen (external monitor).
Hi, sorry for the delay I missed this thread!
Unfortunately, I can't say if that's the intended behavior or not. Based on this video, I would think that the cube only works for a single monitor at the time.
Yes! I confirm it doesn't work for more than 1 monitor at the time. But I expected that it would show both screen on each face of the cube. That is not the case.
I guess there is no "solution" to this other than rewrite the cube extension ...
Thanks for replying,
BT
By default only the primary monitor has multiple workspaces, all other monitors only have a static workspace so the cube won't run on them. To get the cube working on all your monitors you need to got to the multitasking tab in Settings and enable the workspaces on all displays option
I have discovered that in the Parameters=>Multi-screen there is an option "Workspace on all screens" that you can select. After that both of my screens show the cube. My left screen show a cube with left screen workspace and the right one with right screen workspace. I will mark the post SOLVED.
I translated the menus from french so I might not have used the exact english terms.
Thank you for reporting back on that! I haven't used this feature at all and I'm just not familiar with it, but I'll bookmark this post for future reference. Cheers!
