Desktop Icons Keep Moving (Revisited)

I'm pretty sure it has to do with shifts in resolution, like when running something in fullscreen mode, connecting/disconnecting a new monitor, or anything else that forces the desktop layout to recompute.

Now I'm even more sure that this is the reason why this happens. Just found out accidentally while tweaking with the taskbar's intellihide which shifts icons a bit:

Hopefully this helps the developers to pinpoint the problem exactly!
