need to disable the built in drivers.
Are you logging in on Xorg or Wayland?
Wayland will not work with the usual tools like xinput.
Assuming Wayland, can you please relay the terminal output for:
libinput list-devices
is Wacom shown?
In Settings application, do you have any Wacom Tablet settings?
If on Xorg:
Can you relay the terminal output of
xsetwacom --list

If the tablet is listed, try disabling it from the settings.
