Disabling Stub Resolver

I used this one to disable the stub resolver and now the resolv.conf file is no longer symlinked to the systemd-resolved.

# How to disable systemd-resolved in Ubuntu

## Stages

- Disable and stop the systemd-resolved service:

		sudo systemctl disable systemd-resolved.service
		sudo systemctl stop systemd-resolved

- Then put the following line in the `[main]` section of your `/etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf`:

However, the nameserver 127.0.0.53 is still added by NetworkManager. What do I add in the NM config so that it stops doing that, and lets me use Cloudflare DNS?
