Display is flickering in zorin os 16.3 running on asus laptop using Ryzen 5

These are screenshot of the screens

I have been using zorin os from last 2 years. Now recently I had experienced these problems. Sometimes screen just works fine and sometimes the screen starts flickering. I have double monitor setup and I'm experiencing this issue in both screens.
To solve this issue I have reinstalled the zorin os on my laptop but the issue is still happening.

Adding boot menu entry for UEFI Firmware Settings
done

It may be a kernel regression for your AMD videocard. You could try with a kernel 6.x.x.
Make sure you backup first.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tuxinvader/lts-mainline
sudo apt update && sudo apt install linux-generic-6.02

The contents can be extracted and moved to the root directory /lib/firmware
