Can you please supplement the video with a description of what to look for? I watched the video several times, but I cannot figure out what it is I am seeing. You created a button to demonstrate, giving a pop up each time you pressed the button.
What is the display issue?

Ahhh.... I did not check if people from other devices could see it. I watched the video from another laptop and there I couldn't see the issues either. Maybe screen recorders can't record the issue i'm facing. Just wait a sec I will record a video from a phone and post it here.

This is actually a helpful clue along the way, though.
If the monitor is displaying differently from what the screen recorder shows...

It is better to mute the audio here too
The video quality is bad so it will only show a portion of the actual problem I am facing but you will understand what it is. You see the the prompt window getting cut off, the line which cuts it off actually extend even longer and most of the time there will be a big white Z like shapes on the screen.

Is Enable anti-aliasing checked?

What is your DPI?
Are you using any Scaling?

Ah, great you pitched in  @Michel.
I was trying to watch the video but something is blocking it and was unable to. If the GPU is Nvidia, I think you have some good idea.
