I have a PC with a double boot: Ubuntu 24.04 and Windows 10.
I would like to have my PC with Ubuntu 24.04 and Zorin: for this, it's necessary to change my grub file (in Ubuntu boot directory).
Best regards

I would recommend removing your phone number from your post...
To dual boot Zorin OS and Ubuntu 24.04, you would need to only install Zorin OS alongside Ubuntu 24.04. Grub will be configured automatically during the install.
Welcome to the Forum!
So, You want replace Windows with Zorin, yes? And You want Instructions for this, yes?
My answers are yes and yes.

Okay, let's see ... I would have a Question before the Instructions: You have now a Dual-Boot System. Do You have 2 EFI-Partitions or is there only the one from Windows, where the Boot Stuff from Ubuntu is included? It is neccessary to know because then it should be easily deleted. And could You post an Overview of the Partitions with GParted please? So we get an Overview of the Setup.
