Zorin OS 15 does not include jellymode by default. Jelly was introduced in Zorin OS 16.
I believe you should be able to install the gnome-extension that creates the effect, though.

Correct! This was the Gnome integration extension that worked for me...

The best part is, the extension settings can be adjusted, so you can set exactly how wobbly you want things to be.

I should Clarify that the above applies to Zorin OS 15.3 Education CORE. Not Like
Zorin OS Education Lite can use Compiz (and all of its effects) directly. It also is not included, but can be installed.

Is there a way in Zorin 16 Pro to Adjust i Wish more wobbly as the standard setting.
Are you asking if you can increase the amount of wobble?
Yes, he wants to increase his chances of throwing up from Window list sickness. 
But he can edit and increase them as much as he wants, but he might want to take drememene.
