I have also a problem with Dropbox. Dropbox is working properly but the icon is not visible in system tray. I tried to reinstall Dropbox a few times. I managed once to have an icon in the tray. Unfortunately it disappeared after few reboots. None of advices found in this forum worked for me. Thanks in advance for your help.

It is displayed in indicator plugin of xfce (zorin lite). You did not mention your version?
