Personally I think you are going to struggle with those specifications. In dual-boot scenarios Windows always has to be installed first. You then use Windows Disk Management tool to shrink C:\ partition to create free space for GNU/Linux.

Thanks @swarfendor437
But I Have A Chromebook
So My Laptop Did Not Support Windows 7 or Zorin OS 9
I Have A Zorin OS Lite To Create Partition in This System
So i Have to Install Windows 10

I would think that in Your Case maybe using a Virtual Machine for Windows could be a good Idea. But Your specs are in common very limited. So, it could be hard to run it anyway.

Where We Do?

Try changing your software sources from your country server to Main Server in Software Updater, first tab.

If you want Zorin OS to be stellar, then you got to use the Main Server.
